Code Ana equips communities for medical emergencies. Supported by the non-profit The Teal Schoolhouse, Code Ana develops and implements education to make the world a safer place, especially for children at risk of medical emergencies.

Through education on school safety, medical emergency response plan creation, food allergy, anaphylaxis & epinephrine, sudden cardiac arrest, and more, Code Ana education can be used to prepare any school, childcare center, or other organization to be prepared for medical emergencies.

Code Ana offers education online and in-person. Thousands of community members have completed education.

Epinephrine Certification

Whether you are an early childcare provider, educator, or other professional who cares for children or adults with food allergies and other anaphylactic allergies, this course will teach you how to prevent, recognize, and respond to anaphylaxis and how to use an epinephrine auto-injector, such as an EpiPen and Auvi-Q.

Prepare your school with a practiced, team-based, medical emergency response protocol. This course guides you through the implementation of the Med-E Ready program. Developed specifically for school nurses and taught by school medical emergency preparedness expert Dr. Alice Hoyt, you will come away from this training with a medical emergency response protocol and team in place at your school.
